I consider all of the above strong CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence. She deleted the Tweet, and SvsJA deleted it off their page too, but there's plenty of evidence around it that shows it was there.

According to MDS Patti had on a sheer orange top and a grey skirt, she was dressed appropriately in their opinion.

On May 15, 2013, the prosecutor interviewed Patrisha Womack. During that interview, Ms. Womack refused to answer the prosecutor’s questions on two separate occasions. One area dealt with the use of illegal substances by the witness and defendant. The other area involved photographs of the defendant taken by the witness. It was at this point that the witness left the interview room with defense counsel. Upon returning defense counselattempted to invoke the witness’ right to remain silent. The witness was then asked by the prosecutor to personally indicate whether she was invoking those constitutional protections. Once she answered in the affirmative, the interview was terminated shortly thereafter. A copy of that interview is filed with the court.

 Basically the reason Patti didn't testify was because she couldn't go through with it, accepting Jodi's guilt was not an overnight process, it took time, she did the right thing for herself by not testifying FOR Jodi, how anyone feels like they have the goddamned right to judge her for it is beyond me. Oh and the arrest report posted by Chris Stark and reposted on the SVJA page was a complete FAKE. Nice way to treat a girl going through a very difficult ordeal not of her own making. 
There is a whole album devoted to the hatred displayed on the SVJA page, most of it posted by the admins themselves.

Even Chris says Patti just 'felt' threatened here, it seems only the State page is kicking that argument along.
